The RD20 – 20HP Industrial damper dyno.
RD20 is a monster 20HP machine with a peak stroke of 6.0″ (imperial) or 160mm (metric) and peak speeds over 3.0 m/sec.
CTW presents the 20 HP damper machine. Designed to meet the market demand for massive power.
The RD20 uses CTW-Probe© Analysis software to allow the user to create and run Tests of various velocities on one of three strokes to collect force data that is presented in different industry standard graphs. The RD20 is a floor model designed to be structurally sound where loading is applied based on FEA analysis. Measurements are taken based on the line of actuation to ensure only the damper or specimen result is recorded.
Complete with 8 channel 16-bit, simultaneous sampling, data acquisition capable of sample rates from 100 to 20kHz per channel.
Ability to use up to (5) channels of extra analog input to collect extra sensor signals including pressures.
Like all CTW machines, you can custom configure the stroke type, column length and input power based on your requirements and location.
